Psalms 33:13-22 MWT
יהוה looks down from his throne in heaven. He sees all of Adam's descendants. (14) From the place where he sits enthroned, he looks down upon all who live on earth. (15) The one who formed their hearts and minds understands everything they do. (16) No king achieves victory by a large army. No warrior rescues himself by his own great strength. (17) Horses are not a guarantee for victory. Their great strength cannot help someone escape. (18) יהוה 'S eyes are on those who fear him, on those who wait with hope for his mercy (19) to rescue their souls from death (Job 33:16-30) and keep them alive during a famine. (20) We wait for יהוה . He is our help and our shield. (21) In him our hearts find joy. In his holy name we trust. (22) Let your mercy and loving-kindness rest on us, O יהוה , even as we wait with hope and faith in you.
Psalms 33:13-22 CEV
The LORD looks at the world (14) from his throne in heaven, and he watches us all. (15) The LORD gave us each a mind, and nothing we do can be hidden from him. (16) Mighty armies alone cannot win wars for a king; great strength by itself cannot keep a soldier safe. (17) In war the strength of a horse cannot be trusted to take you to safety. (18) But the LORD watches over all who honor him and trust his kindness. (19) He protects them from death and starvation. (Job 33:16-30) (20) We depend on you, LORD, to help and protect us. (21) You make our hearts glad because we trust you, the only God. (22) Be kind and bless us! We depend on you.

(21) For our heart rejoices in Him because we trust in His holy name.
(22) Let Your mercy be upon us, O Jehovah, even as we trust in You.
Psalm 33:13-22 NWT
13 From the heavens Jehovah has looked, He has seen all the sons of men. 14 From the established place where he dwells He has gazed at all those dwelling on the earth. 15 He is forming their hearts all together; He is considering all their works. 16 There is no king saved by the abundance of military forces; A mighty man himself is not delivered by the abundance of power. 17 The horse is a deception for salvation, And by the abundance of its vital energy it does not afford escape. 18 Look! The eye of Jehovah is toward those fearing him, To those waiting for his loving-kindness, 19 To deliver their soul from death itself, (Job 33:16-30) And to preserve them alive in famine. 20 Our very soul has been in expectation of Jehovah. Our helper and our shield he is. 21 For in him our heart rejoices; For in his holy name we have put our trust. 22 Let your loving-kindness, O Jehovah, prove to be upon us, Even as we have kept waiting for you.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:

ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).
