If you have faith in Jesus Christ, you are a new creation, (2 Cor 5:16-19) reborn as citizen of New Jerusalem (Rev 21:1-4) and of Zion. (Heb 12:12-13 and 22-25 and 28-29 of 1-29) Then, being a part of the New Israel of God (Gal 6:14-16) means you are adopted as a descendant of Abraham, and a sharer in the eternal blessings God promised him. (Gal 3:19-29)

Psalms 102:19-22 GW . . ."The LORD  (יהוה) looked down from his holy place high above. From heaven he looked at the earth. (20) He heard the groans of the prisoners and set free those who were condemned to death. (21) The LORD  (יהוה)'S name is announced in Zion and his praise in Jerusalem (22) when nations and kingdoms gather to worship יהוה."

Psalms 102:19-22 GNB . . .The LORD  (יהוה) looked down from his holy place on high, he looked down from heaven to earth. (20) He heard the groans of prisoners and set free those who were condemned to die. (21) And so his name will be proclaimed in Zion, and he will be praised in Jerusalem (22) when nations and kingdoms come together and worship יהוה.

Psalms 102:19-22 ESV . . .that he looked down from his holy height; from heaven the LORD  (יהוה) looked at the earth, (20) to hear the groans of the prisoners, to set free those who were doomed to die, (21) that they may declare in Zion the name of the LORD  (יהוה), and in Jerusalem his praise, (22) when peoples gather together, and kingdoms, to worship יהוה.

Psalms 102:19-22 CEV . . ."From his holy temple, the LORD  (יהוה) looked down at the earth. (20) He listened to the groans of prisoners, and he rescued everyone who was doomed to die." (21) All Jerusalem should praise you, our LORD  (יהוה), (22) when people from every nation meet to worship you.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
