Philippians 1:8-11 ESV For God is my witness, how I yearn for you all with the affection of (like) Christ Jesus. (9) And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with (accurate) knowledge and all discernment, (10) so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, (11) filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 1:8-11 GW God is my witness that, with all the compassion of Christ Jesus, I long to see every one of you. (9) I pray that your love will keep on growing because of your knowledge and insight. (10) That way you will be able to determine what is best and be pure and blameless until the day of Christ. (11) Jesus Christ will fill your lives with everything that God's approval produces. Your lives will then bring glory and praise to God.

Philippians 1:8-11 NWT 8 For God is my witness of how I am yearning for all of YOU in such tender affection as Christ Jesus has. 9 And this is what I continue praying, that YOUR love may abound yet more and more with accurate knowledge and full discernment; 10 that YOU may make sure of the more important things, so that YOU may be flawless and not be stumbling others up to the day of Christ, 11 and may be filled with righteous fruit, which is through Jesus Christ, to God’s glory and praise.

Philippians 1:8-11 GNB God is my witness that I tell the truth when I say that my deep feeling for you all comes from the heart of Christ Jesus himself. (9) I pray that your love will keep on growing more and more, together with true knowledge and perfect judgment, (10) so that you will be able to choose what is best. Then you will be free from all impurity and blame on the Day of Christ. (11) Your lives will be filled with the truly good qualities which only Jesus Christ can produce, for the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 1:8-11 CEV God himself knows how much I want to see you. He knows that I care for you in the same way that Christ Jesus does. (9) I pray that your love will keep on growing and that you will fully know and understand (10) how to make the right choices. Then you will still be pure and innocent when Christ returns. And until that day, (11) Jesus Christ will keep you busy doing good deeds that bring glory and praise to God.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
