Jeremiah 31:31-34 ESV "Behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD ( יהוה ) , when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, [with all Christians - Gal 3:7-9 & 26-29] (32) not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant that they broke, though I was their husband, declares the LORD ( יהוה ) . (33) But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel [with all Christians - Gal 3:7-9 & 26-29] after those days, declares the LORD ( יהוה ) : I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people. (34) And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD ( יהוה ) ,' for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD ( יהוה ) . For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more."
I long believed this promised new covenant was for the future, after paradise had been restored to the earth. [Psa 37:10-11; Isa 45:18; Mat 5:5; Rev 21:3] It has come to me it is happening right now; and we are individually being brought into the new covenant even as we allow Christ to teach us about his Father. [Mat 17:5 Plus; John 15:14-15] Really, how could there ever be paradise and peace among people who don't first know יהוה ?
You are making yourself sons (and daughters) of God by your taking in knowledge of what Jesus taught and by your faith in him! [John 17:3; Mat 5:9; Gal 3:26]
Jeremiah 31:31-34 Darby
(31) Behold, days come, saith Jehovah ( יהוה ) , that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel [with all Christians - Gal 3:7-9 & 26-29] and with the house of Judah:
(32) not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers, in the day of my taking them by the hand, to lead them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they broke, although I was a husband unto them, saith Jehovah ( יהוה ) .
(33) For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel, [with all Christians - Gal 3:7-9 & 26-29] after those days, saith Jehovah ( יהוה ) : I will put my law in their inward parts, and will write it in their heart; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
(34) And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know Jehovah ( יהוה ) ; for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith Jehovah ( יהוה ) : for I will pardon their iniquity, and their sin will I remember no more.
Jeremiah 31:31-34 GW "The days are coming," declares the LORD ( יהוה ) , "when I will make a new promise to Israel and Judah. [to all Christians - Gal 3:7-9 & 26-29] (32) It will not be like the promise that I made to their ancestors when I took them by the hand and brought them out of Egypt. They rejected that promise, although I was a husband to them," declares the LORD ( יהוה ) . (33) "But this is the promise that I will make to Israel [to all Christians - Gal 3:7-9 & 26-29] after those days," declares the LORD ( יהוה ) : "I will put my teachings inside them, and I will write those teachings on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. (34) No longer will each person teach his neighbors or his relatives by saying, 'Know the LORD ( יהוה ) .' All of them, from the least important to the most important, will know me," declares the LORD ( יהוה ) , "because I will forgive their wickedness and I will no longer hold their sins against them."
Jeremiah 31:31-34 NWT
. . ."Look! There are days coming," is the utterance of Jehovah ( יהוה ) , "and I will conclude with the house of Israel [with all Christians - Gal 3:7-9 & 26-29] and with the house of Judah a new covenant; 32 not one like the covenant that I concluded with their forefathers in the day of my taking hold of their hand to bring them forth out of the land of Egypt, 'which covenant of mine they themselves broke, although I myself had husbandly ownership of them,' is the utterance of Jehovah ( יהוה ) ." 33 "For this is the covenant that I shall conclude with the house of Israel [with all Christians - Gal 3:7-9 & 26-29] after those days," is the utterance of Jehovah ( יהוה ) . "I will put my law within them, and in their heart I shall write it. And I will become their God, and they themselves will become my people." 34 "And they will no more teach each one his companion and each one his brother, saying, 'Know Jehovah ( יהוה ) !' for they will all of them know me, from the least one of them even to the greatest one of them," is the utterance of Jehovah ( יהוה ) . "For I shall forgive their error, and their sin I shall remember no more."
Jeremiah 31:31-34 LITV
(31) Behold, the days come, says Jehovah ( יהוה ) , that I will cut a new covenant with the house of Israel [with all Christians - Gal 3:7-9 & 26-29] and with the house of Judah,
(32) not according to the covenant that I cut with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt (which covenant of Mine they broke, although I was a husband to them, says Jehovah ( יהוה ) ).
(33) But this shall be the covenant that I will cut with the house of Israel [with all Christians - Gal 3:7-9 & 26-29]: After those days, declares Jehovah ( יהוה ) , I will put My Law in their inward parts, and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
(34) And they shall no longer each man teach his neighbor, and each man his brother, saying, Know Jehovah ( יהוה ) . For they shall all know Me, from the least of them even to the greatest of them, declares Jehovah ( יהוה ) . For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sins no more.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:
ALT - Analytical Literal Translation
ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).
Darby - 1889 Darby Bible
DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible
BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English
LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible
KJV - King James Version
MKJV - Modern King James Version
NWT - New World Translation
