Isaiah 49:8-13 CEV
This is what the LORD (יהוה) says: I will answer your prayers because I have set a time when I will help by coming to save you. I have chosen you to take my promise of hope to other nations. You will rebuild the country from its ruins, then people will come and settle there. (9) You will set prisoners free from dark dungeons to see the light of day. On their way home, they will find plenty to eat, even on barren hills. (10) They won't go hungry or get thirsty; they won't be bothered by the scorching sun or hot desert winds. I will be merciful while leading them along to streams of water. (11) I will level the mountains and make roads. (12) Then my people will return from distant lands in the north and the west and from the city of Syene. (13) Tell the heavens and the earth to celebrate and sing; command every mountain to join in the song. The LORD (יהוה)'s people have suffered, but he has shown mercy and given them comfort. (Gal 3:19-29)

You will restore the land. You will make them inherit the desolate inheritance. (9) You will say to the prisoners, "Come out," and to those who are in darkness, "Show yourselves." They will graze along every path, and they will find pastures on every bare hill. (10) They will never be hungry or thirsty, nor will the sun or the burning, hot wind strike them. The one who has compassion on them will lead them and guide them to springs. (11) I will turn all my mountains into roads, and my highways will be restored. (12) They will come from far away. They will come from the north and from the west, and they will come from the land of Sinim. (13) Sing with joy, you heavens! Rejoice, you earth! Break into shouts of joy, you mountains! The LORD (יהוה) has comforted his people and will have compassion on his humble people. (Gal 3:19-29)

(12) Behold, these shall come from afar; and, lo, these from the north and from the west; and these from the land of Sinim.

By the ways they will pasture, and on all beaten paths their pasturing will be. 10 They will not go hungry, neither will they go thirsty, nor will parching heat or sun strike them. For the One who is having pity upon them will lead them, and by the springs of water he will conduct them. 11 And I will make all my mountains a way, and my highways themselves will be on an elevation. 12 Look! These will come even from far away, and, look! these from the north and from the west, and these from the land of Sinim." 13 Give a glad cry, you heavens, and be joyful, you earth.
