Isaiah 3:8-11 LITV For Jerusalem has stumbled, and Judah has fallen; (Ancient Jerusalem and Judah represent all those in the earth who today assert they are listening to and worshipping the true God  ( יהוה )) Everything they say and do is against Jehovah  ( יהוה ) because their tongue and their doings toward Jehovah  ( יהוה ) are to rebel against the eyes of His glory. (9) The expression of their faces witnesses against them; they have declared their sin like Sodom; they do not hide it. Woe to their soul! For they have dealt evil to themselves. (10) Say to the righteous that it is well; (that is what you can be doing to serve God in our day in time - telling people what is happening to them) for they shall eat of the fruit of their doings. (11) Woe to the wicked! For the evil, the doing of his hand will be done to him.

Isaiah 3:8-11 GW Jerusalem has stumbled, and Judah has fallen, (Ancient Jerusalem and Judah represent all those in the earth who today assert they are listening to and worshipping the true God  ( יהוה )) because what they say and what they do is against the LORD. They are defiant in his honored presence. (9) The look on their faces will be held against them. They boast about their sins, which are like those of the people of Sodom. They don't even bother to hide them. How horrible it will be for these people, because they have brought disaster on themselves. (10) Tell the righteous that blessings will come to them. (that is what you can be doing to serve God in our day in time - telling people what is happening to them) They will taste the fruit of their labor. (11) How horrible it will be for the wicked! Disaster will strike them. What they have done will be done to them.

Isaiah 3:8-11 GNB Yes, Jerusalem is doomed! Judah is collapsing! (Ancient Jerusalem and Judah represent all those in the earth who today assert they are listening to and worshipping the true God  ( יהוה )) Everything they say and do is against the LORD  ( יהוה ); they openly insult God himself. (9) Their prejudices will be held against them. They sin as openly as the people of Sodom did. They are doomed, and they have brought it on themselves. (10) The righteous will be happy, (that is what you can be doing to serve God in our day in time - telling people what is happening to them) and things will go well for them. They will get to enjoy what they have worked for. (11) But evil people are doomed; what they have done to others will now be done to them.

Isaiah 3:8-11 CEV Jerusalem and Judah (Ancient Jerusalem and Judah represent all those in the earth who today assert they are listening to and worshipping the true God  ( יהוה )), you rebelled against your glorious LORD--  ( יהוה ) your words and your actions, made you stumble and fall. (9) The look on your faces shows that you are sinful as Sodom, and you don't try to hide it. You are in for trouble, and you have brought it all on yourselves. (10) Tell those who obey God, (that is what you can be doing to serve God in our day in time - telling people what is happening to them) "You're very fortunate-- you will be rewarded for what you have done." (11) Tell those who disobey, "You're in big trouble-- what you did to others will come back to you."

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
