Isaiah 19:1-4 GNB . . .This is a message about Egypt [or any and all the wicked nations of this world]. The LORD  (יהוה) is coming to Egypt, riding swiftly on a cloud. The Egyptian idols tremble before him, and the people of Egypt lose their courage. (2) The LORD  (יהוה) says, "I will stir up civil war in Egypt and turn brother against brother and neighbor against neighbor. Rival cities will fight each other, and rival kings will struggle for power. (3) I am going to frustrate the plans of the Egyptians and destroy their morale. They will ask their idols to help them, and they will go and consult mediums and ask the spirits of the dead for advice. (4) I will hand the Egyptians over to a tyrant, to a cruel king who will rule them. (Dan 8:23-26) I, the LORD  (יהוה) Almighty, have spoken."

Isaiah 19:1-4 CEV . . .This is a message about Egypt: [Or any and all the wicked nations of this world.] The LORD  (יהוה) comes to Egypt, riding swiftly on a cloud. The people are weak from fear. Their idols tremble as he approaches and says, (2) "I will punish Egypt with civil war-- neighbors, cities, and kingdoms will fight each other. (3) "Egypt will be discouraged when I confuse their plans. They will try to get advice from their idols, from the spirits of the dead, and from fortunetellers. (4) I will put the Egyptians under the power of a cruel, heartless king. (Dan 8:23-26) I, the LORD  (יהוה) All-Powerful, have promised this."

Isaiah 19:1-4 ESV . . .An oracle concerning Egypt [or any and all the wicked nations of this world]. Behold, the LORD  (יהוה) is riding on a swift cloud and comes to Egypt; and the idols of Egypt will tremble at his presence, and the heart of the Egyptians will melt within them. (2) And I will stir up Egyptians against Egyptians, and they will fight, each against another and each against his neighbor, city against city, kingdom against kingdom; (3) and the spirit of the Egyptians within them will be emptied out, and I will confound their counsel; and they will inquire of the idols and the sorcerers, and the mediums and the necromancers; (4) and I will give over the Egyptians into the hand of a hard master, and a fierce king will rule over them, (Dan 8:23-26) declares the Lord GOD of hosts.

Isaiah 19:1-4 GW . . .This is the divine revelation about Egypt [or any and all the wicked nations of this world]. The LORD  (יהוה) is riding on a fast-moving cloud and is coming to Egypt. Egypt's idols will tremble in his presence. Egypt's courage will fail. (2) "I will turn one Egyptian against another. They will fight- brother against brother, neighbor against neighbor, city against city, kingdom against kingdom. (3) The Egyptians will lose courage. I will unravel their plans. They will turn to idols, ghosts, mediums, and fortunetellers. (4) I will hand over the Egyptians to a harsh master. A strong king will rule them," (Dan 8:23-26) declares the Almighty LORD  (יהוה) of Armies.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
